Like many modern therapists, I practice what is known as an "eclectic" form of psychotherapy that is tailored to meet an individual's specific needs.
I have experience and expertise working with young adults, adults, and seniors providing individual, couples, and family treatment.
I approach therapy as a collaborative experience; a relationship aimed at achieving lasting, positive change, enhances self- insight, and an overall better quality of life. I have the most experience treating those who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, GLBTQ population, and/or medical illnesses such as HIV/AIDS.
Each experience is different and some clients desire short term treatment while others wish for a more long term therapeutic relationship to achieve their goals; I look forward to exploring these options and co-creating a safe and productive space with those seeking therapy.

Our group sessions create a supportive community where individuals can connect with others who are experiencing similar life challenges. Within this shared space, you’ll find understanding, encouragement, and the opportunity to learn from diverse perspectives.
Each group focuses on themes like relationships, self-worth, and identity exploration — providing a compassionate environment to reflect, heal, and feel empowered through shared experiences. Together, we cultivate a sense of belonging and collective growth.
I also specialize in family therapy, helping families navigate complex dynamics, strengthen communication, and build lasting connection. Healing rarely occurs in isolation, and by working within the family system, we can create meaningful change that impacts every member.
